Pet Policy: We are Pet Friendly! We are one of the only Pet Friendly Communites in Pullman!

• Deposits and Pet Rent: 2 pet maximum per apartment.$250 non-refundable pet fee per pet, $25 pet rent per month ( does not increase with 2 pets)
• Breed Restrictions for Dogs: Pit Bulls, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Mastiff, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, and Dalmation.

Amenities this year is a combined Wireless Internet and Community Card Package. This is a low mandatory fee that is charged per apartment so that ALL of our residents are able to use the services.

Amenities Inlcude:

• Clubhouse with: Indoor heated pool, saunas, tanning, Pool table, dart board, air hockey, ping pong, full kitchen and lounge area. Club house is also available to rent for parties!
• Fitness Center (located in Clubhouse): 2 ellipticals, 2 treadmills, and one stationary bike and more equipment to come!
• 2 tanning Salons: High-pressure beds, facial tanner, 15-minute max. Appointments available by phone!
• DVD Rentals, xbox and Playstation console and game rentals, and Board Game rentals.
